Bellingham’s summer outdoor movie series is the Fairhaven Outdoor Cinema Presented by Ben Kinney & Keller Williams Realty.  Weekly events feature outdoor entertainment and big screen movies in the park.

2016 is the seventeenth season of the Fairhaven Outdoor Cinema.  This summer’s events run on Saturday evenings from June 25 – Aug. 27, 2016 at the Fairhaven Village Green on the corner of 10th St. and Mill Ave. in Bellingham, WA.

The Fairhaven Outdoor Cinema is a bring your own seating event. Blankets are the best option and are allowed on the grass. Lawn chairs are not allowed on the grass! There is a very limited amount of space for chairs on the brick area surrounding the grass.

Cost: Event entry is $5 per person, at the event.  We’ll have event entertainment, vendors, activities and prize raffles. Five and under is free.

Food & Beverage: Hot food and snacks will be available for sale at the events.  Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Times: Event and entertainment start times vary depending on sunset. Movies show at dusk following event entertainment.

Outdoor Movie Volunteering in Bellingham: We have fun volunteer opportunities for outdoor movie buffs or people that just love to help out and be part of the community. Bring a friend and its twice the fun. Contact us to sign up for your favorite movie.

Bellingham Outdoor Movie History: 2016 is the 17th season of the Fairhaven Outdoor Cinema. Epic Events began producing the Fairhaven Outdoor Cinema at Bellingham’s Village Green in 2004. Hundreds of summer events and movies in the park have been taken place at the Village Green over the years and some fantastic musical performances have occurred.

Production: The Fairhaven Outdoor Cinema is produced by Epic Events in conjunction with the Historic Fairhaven Association.  Epic Events has been the Pacific Northwest leader in outdoor movie entertainment since 2002.  We also produce the Movies@Marymoor in Redmond, Outdoor Movies at Magnuson Park in Seattle, and Outdoor Movies at Riverfront Park in Spokane, WA. If you’re interested in having your own event, we rent inflatable outdoor movies screens and full-service outdoor cinema packages throughout the Pacific Northwest.
